We operate entirely online to streamline the experience for schools and families. After photo day, families receive access to secure, easy-to-use online galleries. These galleries are organized that best suits your school’s structure.
Each school receives:
All equipment and personnel required for photo day
Secure online ordering galleries
Print orders delivered directly to the school within three weeks
High-resolution digital files
Full support for families with ordering and product questions
Staff and class photos, based on the school’s preferences

What Makes a Fine Art School Portrait Different from Standard School Photos?

Our Fine Art School Portraits are a fresh take on traditional school photography. We emphasize natural settings and lighting, personal service and authentic portraits where the personality of the subjects comes through. That’s what makes interesting photography.
Here’s a quick overview:
Each child is photographed in a natural, timeless style
Families receive 2–5 images per child in both color and black & white
Parents choose their favorite images—no pre-selected poses
Boutique products available, including canvas gallery wraps and digital downloads
A detailed PDF with ordering instructions and photo day prep is provided in advance

Are These Images Expensive?
Not at all. We offer competitive pricing with no upfront cost to the school. All revenue is generated through family orders.
When Do You Offer Photo Shoots?
We schedule Fine Art School Photo Shoots throughout the academic year, based on what works best for your school’s calendar. Let us know your preferred dates, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do You Provide Class Photos?
Yes! If your school would like class photos, we can take them on photo day or arrange a separate time to return and capture them.
