Hearts, Giggles, & Flour

Valentine’s Day in our house means one thing: baking together all month long. Years ago it was tiny hands helping mix but now with older kids and teenagers, we have flour on the counter, plenty of laughs and a lot of random cookies they decided to try making—our kitchen gets very messy, but our hearts are full.

Love doesn’t have to be perfect. Sometimes it’s in the little moments: a swirl of frosting, a sprinkle of sugar, and laughter shared over heart-shaped cookies. That’s our family tradition, and it’s the sweetest kind of love there is.
